What is the processing time?
All orders will be processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our United States warehouse. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Why shipping delayed?
During  peak shopping season, the delivery time may be slightly delayed than usual.  These force majeure factors are out of our seller's control. Your kind understanding would be highly appreciated.

How can I change or cancel my order?
It's better to contact us within 12 hrs once you place the order if you want to change or cancel it. Our after-sales staff will get back to you immediately.
