BLEWAY Commitment to Quality and Customer Satisfaction

BLEWAY strives to provide customers with products that are guaranteed in quality and performance. However, we understand that occasionally, our products may not fully meet your expectations, and for this, we offer our sincerest apologies.

If our staff determines that a return is appropriate (such as receiving the wrong product, encountering quality issues, or unresolvable problems), we will assist you with the return process and provide you with a return address.

Please note that we do not accept unauthorized or random returns. If you return a product without prior notification, we will not provide any refund.

Return and Exchange Policies

1.Dissatisfaction or Need for Exchange/Return
All products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, including all accompanying documents, and shipped within 3 days after approval of the return request.

BLEWAY handles returns, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties. We will arrange for a refund after receiving and inspecting the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Order Cancellation
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Orders can only be modified or refunded before they are shipped. Once the product leaves our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.

3.Receiving the Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, we offer two solutions:

  • Full Refund: We will immediately process a full refund of your purchase amount.
  • Replacement: Alternatively, we can send you a replacement product free of charge.

For returns or exchanges due to wrong shipments, please ensure that the product is new, unused, and in its original packaging as received from us. If the returned product differs from the original packaging or is damaged, we may issue a partial refund or no refund.

If the product is damaged upon delivery, please provide photos clearly showing the extent of the damage to assist us in processing claims with the carrier.

4.Incorrect Contact Information or Address, Refusal of Import Clearance, or Refusal to Sign for the Package
In such cases, the seller will not bear any costs, expenses, or losses incurred by the buyer. All order shipment notifications will be sent via email, so please check your order and shipping status in a timely manner to avoid any errors or delays in delivery.

5.Not Receiving the Product from the Courier
If all delivery information is correct, we recommend that you contact the courier regarding delivery issues. If the courier has completed delivery according to tracking information, we will not provide a refund or resend the order. However, our staff can provide delivery documents or assist you in filing a claim.

Requirements for Returns and Exchanges

  • The product must be in new condition.
  • The product must come with its original packaging and include all accessories and user guides.
  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

We will process refund requests within 7 days after receiving your package. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on the payment method used.
